The app works offline
FileFix Ultimate scans, recovers and repairs files entirely on your computer. It does not upload files, file names, thumbnails or reports to any server.
No telemetry, no accounts
There is no usage tracking, no crash reporting sent in the background and no sign-in. The telemetry setting exists only to state that it is off, and it cannot be turned on.
Reports stay with you
Scan and recovery reports (JSON, HTML or CSV) are saved only where you choose. You can mask file paths before sharing a report with someone who is helping you.
This website
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages. It uses no analytics, ads or tracking cookies. The total visits, online now and total downloads numbers in the footer are anonymous totals only: a random temporary number created when you open a tab and the time of its last signal are kept for 5 minutes and then deleted. No IP address, cookie or browser information is stored. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, you are not counted at all. Share buttons are plain links and load nothing from social networks until you click them. Cloudflare may keep ordinary server logs under its own privacy policy.
