Every FileFix Ultimate feature is the same for personal and business use. If you use it on PCs for work, buy a one-year license for each of those PCs.

Who needs to buy a license?

Personal use

Free

Non-commercial personal use: an individual recovering data from their own devices or their family's. All features, no recovery limits, no account.

Business use

One-year license per PC

Use for the work of a company, organization, public agency, school, sole proprietor or freelancer, or for commercial purposes such as paid data recovery services and repair shops. Each PC used needs a one-year license.

The app works offline, so it does not check whether you use it personally or for work, and it never locks features without a key. If you use it for work, our terms require you to buy a license.

Charged in US dollars through PayPal. Total = price per PC × number of PCs.

  • All features, identical to personal use (nothing is locked)
  • Your license key is shown on screen as soon as payment is confirmed
  • Buy for 1 to 50 PCs at once (contact us for more)
  • No automatic renewal — buy again after it expires if you still need it

We do not issue tax invoices. Your PayPal receipt serves as proof of payment. Contact us if you need anything else.

Cards issued in Korea cannot be used with PayPal. Please pay on the Korean purchase page instead: Korean purchase page (card payment)

Withdrawal and refunds

  • Ask within 7 days of payment and we refund the full amount. A refunded license key stops being valid.
  • After 7 days there are no refunds. The license is a digital product that is delivered in full when the key is issued right after payment.
  • Duplicate charges, payment errors and keys you did not receive are refunded at any time.
  • The license lasts one year and is never renewed or charged again automatically.
